History of Luis Martinez

Luis Martinez cigars began when Luis Martinez purchased a tobacco plantation in Cuba in 1876. From there, the patron of tobaccos moved his operations from Cuba to New York, Key West, and Tampa. After the Cuban Embargo began in 1962, J.C. Newman began manufacturing Luis Martinez cigars as a private label. Currently, the company is one of the best value brands on the market.
